All True North programs are built around specific themes such as history, archaeology, architecture, cultural history and tradition, etc. After reviewing the details of each particular educational program you will find that a strong culinary influence runs through each and every one. This has been done intentionally for two reasons. One because we believe that the way a society eats and drinks is a kind of blueprint to their core, their true spirit; and two because quite frankly we have a lot of fun doing it…

Easter on a Greek Island
Easter is the master of all religious and traditional ceremonies in Greece. The 40 day Lenten period is a time of retrospect and peaceful contemplation. It is a time of rigid discipline but also one of love and forgiveness. But above all it is a time of renewal, rebirth and celebration for life. This is an awe inspiring and truly magical time to be in Greece. Don’t miss it. Listen to the inspiring sound of church bells and voices of young and old rejoicing in the resurrection of Christ on Holy Saturday. After the long Lenten period, after strict dietary discipline and pious behavior comes the feast and what a feast it is, for the palette as well as the eyes and the ears. Taste the first brilliant morning of Spring, perfect for an outdoor breakfast of fresh squeezed orange juice, warm stone oven baked bread and homemade spring fruit jam accompanied by a richly aromatic cup of just brewed Greek coffee. Time stops so enjoy the moment! Available Destinations : Paros (PA6)

Samos Luxury Retreat
"A little paradise on earth", is how one guest described Marnei Mare. This privately owned complex occupies 40,000m2 of unspoiled peninsula on the northern part of the evergreen isle of Samos, surrounded by an organic environment next to the deep blue sea. You wake up every morning with a beautiful breakfast basket on you doorstep and to the sound of birds singing and the wind rustlng gently through the olive trees. You may even see a couple of dolphins playing around in the bay, I know I did. No mobile phones, no cars, no planes. This is as private and relaxing as it gets.

Alternative Day Tours
True North and Anemomylos Alexander Travel would like to introduce a new concept of alternative travel for those who do not have the time to engage in a full week program. We have taken some of the best characteristics of our original programs and have condensed them into a lighter, briefer version. This way everyone can enjoy these unique cultural travel programs. The structure remains the same: Groups are limited to a maximum of 15 participants (8 for the culinary culture tour), one meal and transportation noted in the itinerary is included. We invite you to join us on our discovery trails of a different Paros than the one you may be familiar with. We invite you to discover the Authentic Paros!
